As a recruitment consulting firm, we work with clients to find the most qualified candidates for various roles. It is our duty to ensure that candidates we represent or recommend possess the qualities of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Such candidates will be immediately rejected from our recruitment process, whether they are being considered for internal roles at Aikin or for positions with our clients.

Involvement in Illegal Activities

Aikin holds a firm stance against any form of illegal activity. We conduct thorough background checks to ensure that the candidates we recommend or hire have a clean record. If a candidate has been found to have:

  • A history of illegal activities: Involvement in any criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, bribery, money laundering, or any criminal offense that may compromise their suitability for a role.
  • Ongoing investigations or convictions: Any current or past criminal investigations or convictions related to illegal activities.

Such candidates will be disqualified from being presented for consideration in any hiring process, whether internal or for our clients.

Impact on Client Hiring Decisions

As part of our consulting services, we work with clients to identify the best-fit candidates for their needs. If a candidate, during our recruitment process or background checks, is found to have provided false or malicious information, or has a history of criminal involvement, Aikin will immediately notify the client and cease recommending or presenting that candidate for further consideration.

Reporting Malicious Behavior or Illegal Activities

Aikin encourages candidates, employees, and clients to report any suspicions of fraudulent or illegal activities. If any such activity is identified, it will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.

Legal Compliance

Aikin complies fully with all local, national, and international laws regarding recruitment and hiring practices. We also ensure that our background check procedures and candidate rejection processes are in line with applicable data protection laws, ensuring fair treatment and due process.

Consequences of Providing Malicious Information or Involvement in Illegal Activities

Any candidate found providing incorrect or malicious information, or involved in illegal activities, will be rejected from our recruitment process. In cases where such activities are discovered post-placement, Aikin reserves the right to remove the candidate from the role, terminate any agreements, and take further action as deemed necessary.
