• “Client”: Refers to a company with whom Aikin has an active recruitment contract, for which Aikin provides recruitment services to help find qualified candidates for employment.
• “User”: Refers to both Candidates and Clients who access and use the Website and Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a Client organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Services Provided

Aikin provides recruitment consulting services to help Candidates find suitable employment opportunities with our Clients. These services include but are not limited to:

• Job placement assistance
• Career advice and guidance
• Resume and career profile management
• Client-Candidate matching based on skills, qualifications, and preferences

We do not charge any fees to Candidates for our recruitment services. All fees are paid by our Clients, as agreed upon in separate contracts.

User Responsibilities

Candidates: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your career history, skills, qualifications, compensation expectations, and other personal details required to connect you with suitable job opportunities.

Clients: You are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, candidate requirements, and any relevant details for the hiring process. You must also comply with all applicable labor laws, discrimination regulations, and other laws governing employment.

General Responsibilities: You agree to use the Website and Services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You may not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We store personal data securely and share it with Clients only as necessary for recruitment purposes.
